Why Is Leadership Important?
Leadership is everywhere whether you can see it or not. From the way the world is
being run, to how our parents have brought us up to the people we are today.
Leadership is presented in a effective manner which is helpful and provides us with
support. Leadership is important to each and every individual because it enables us to
move along in life and make life changing decisions. We all need someone who is a
leader if not us to make decisions for our
welfare. Today if leadership did not exist our
lives would not be how they are today.
Decisions such as choosing the right candidate
as our country's leader will be beneficial as
he/she would make good decisions for the
betterment for our lives whereas a “poor
candidate” would make decisions which
could possibly be a difficulty to us. Without
leadership our different views, opinions
and decisions would turn into a conflict
because of the result of not having someone
to put a stand or his or her input.
A few factors that makes leadership fundamental are:
- Leaders provide and set a clear vision to their peers in order to communicate and
provide proper understanding of their goal which enables them to follow the right
directions to attain success.
- Leaders introduce and encourage people to contribute and participate in discussions
by exploring new ideas which helps to them improvise their chance of success of their
goal.
- Leaders play a significant role as they enable the team to stay focused and provide
the substantial help during the time of crisis, and set goals that are achievable
relevantly during the short term and long term period
Therefore, leadership is considered very important and in case of the absence of
effective leadership will result in ones goals down due to losing their path of success
and competitiveness.
